Amazon exchange rate

Hi!
I have quite unusual problem.
Amazon paid me $6053.65 on September 28th, 2018 and limited my account soon after that.
Transfer was made to European bank, so it was converted to Euro.
My bank requires precise amount or transaction ID to credit this money to my account.
But I can not login to my Seller Central account to find this info. Amazon support isn't helpful at all.
So, I need to know what USD to EURO exchange rate was used by Amazon on September 28th, 2018.
If someone got payout with conversion on that day, please share exchange rate from that date. This will help me to get my payment.

Do you mean you can login to your account but you can't view the info anywhere or you cannot login to your amazon account at all?

I suppose you could email Amazon payments and ask for the transaction details for the transfer.

Provide your bank with the transaction page from Amazons end

Your bank is silly
