Are there any VCC's similar to entropay?

Are there any VCC's similar to entropay? In which I can delete/create new cards to verify multiple PP stealth accounts.

Any help would be vastly appreciated

The short answer is no.

There's used to be loads but it's much tougher now to find a vcc supplier.

Is it possible to open another entropay account?

They’ve restricted my account??? and it’s really doing my head in, because that was the most cost effective way of verifying each of my PP stealth accounts

They are closing down for everyone. It's not just your account that's affected, it's all of them.
