Default Can't add funds to my Paypal Balance

Hi. I registered in Paypal 3 month ago. Still not able to add funds to my Paypal Balance, the error message is "There's a problem with adding money to your account. If you'd like some help, please contact us"

Why im getting this error message? I tried to add any funds, even 1$ and the error is still showing

How can i override this block or whatever it is

p.s. yes, i know that i can pay without a balance, but i want to have a funds on my balance.

how are you adding the funds? And is the account confirmed and verified?

Yes, my Chase account is confirmed and my Paypal Account is verified.

I tried to add with usual "add money" button, without any success. Then i contacted support and they gave me this link: paypal.com/addfunds but the result was also the same

Is this a personal or business account?
So did you put SSN / EIN in?

Is your account SSN verified?

If it's not, you can't have a balance, which would explain why they aren't letting you add money to your balance.

Yes, i bypassed this verification, and entered my SSN and date of birth

I'm waiting for a 2 month, without any success. And the support team is useless, they say: "Clear cache and cookies and try from different browser", but this aint working

How are you trying to add the funds? If it's bank transfer, do the names on PP and bank match?

You may have luck by just waiting until 1/27/19 when the "confirm your info" update officially goes into effect, and trying again then. This could be a case of the old system clashing with the new system. Who knows.. it's always something with PP.

what's the confirm your info update?

if you mean that i should enter my SSN and date of birth - i already entered this when i tried to add funds for a first time. it was approved. but still can't add money with this error

Bot trust score is probably still low, try add fund via other methods i.e paypal transfer from a different account.. after a while you should be able to add fund from your bank.

During last hour i was reading paypal community. As i understood, this problem had been faced by big number of people, and paypal support is useless. Did anyone here faced this problem?

Paypal security algorythms do not allow to use this function to newly registered members

You can call their support team but it will be surely useless, because their 1st level support operators don't have an authority to remove this limit

But probably they will readdress you to 2nd and 3rd level of support team members and they will examine your identity by bypassing a background report questions, and after that they will remove this limit
