Default Uploading Utility Bill to PP

How much of the bill needs to be scanned? Would the company logo and the address be enough or do they need to see the whole bill? If they don't accept my utility bill for some odd reason will I be allowed to restore my temp limit account by confirming bank account instead? Right now I have a few options but utility bill is quickest and I have a recent bill handy.

I always scan the whole page, they are looking for your mailing address, and not judging you by your electricity usage. I think in their eyes giving them the whole page looks more honest. Every time I have submitted a document and tried to hide some info they have asked for a clearer copy.

If for some reason I get denied on the utility bill, I can confirm with bank account or am I red flagged/screwed? Confirming a bank account is an option but I'd rather upload the utility bill.

Scanned or colored is really dependent on the monkey who will be reviewing your account. Each agent in PP has his own rules. Some agent will ask for real picture of the document, while others may find scanned copy fine. But I think they prefer real picture rather than scanned because it looks more natural and if it's edited it will be clearly visible.

The entire document needs to be shown and not any blurry crap, they check for meta data changes also so wouldn't hurt to print it out in color and take a photo of it then

Ok, so I uploaded the bill a few days ago. Nothing has happened yet. Do I need to confirm my bank account as well? Or does it just take time? It's been so long since I've done this I don't know if I have to upload utility bill AND confirm bank account or if I can just upload utility bill and that's it.

it takes 3-5 days for them to get to it. closer to the 5 than the 3. you would think it would be quicker because how difficult can it be to have someone look at it? and that is business days, too.

It appears that they have declined to accept the utility bill- even though I don't seem to have received any notification I've uploaded it twice and it hasn't been accepted. Can I confirm my bank account to get past the temp limit?
