 Does the 180 days reset once the Paypal account is permanently limited?
I was trying to restore one of my limited Paypal accounts so I uploaded an edited photo ID. A couple days later I received an email saying that my funds were eligible for withdrawal (180 days had passed). Then a few hours after receiving that email I received another email saying my account is permanently limited. Paypal wouldn't let me withdraw the funds and when I called I was told I need to wait ANOTHER 180 DAYS!!! I spoke with two different representatives and the first one said I needed to upload a "valid" photo ID and then I would receive my funds, then he said I need to wait another 180 days, then he changed his mind back and decided I didn't need to wait another 180 days but just needed the ID. The second representative stated that I needed to wait 180 days from when my account got permanently limited. I honestly can't remember the last time I've been this frustrated. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do from here?? Thank you.
