New stealth paypal in UK

I have recently bought the Stealth Book and read it, but most for USA, not a lot for UK.

I original/real ebay account was suspended months ago but paypal survived, So now I am trying to creat ebay and paypal both fresh steath account. I remember with the real paypal account they had requested ID couple of years ago, so I am wondering if I create PP stealth and they ask ID what would be the solution or as soon as they ask ID that would be the end of that PP stealth account. Please shed some light on this.

Also I am thinking to attach my sub account (Bank) with PP steath, In terms of credit card Which option would be good Gift card or Virtual credit card and how to obtain in UK please.

You can use the prepaid gift cards you can pick up from Tesco or boots.
