Paypal how withdraw money

Hello, I bought a old paypal bussines account verified with old transaction , bank and card linked and confirmed ...
The problem is that I can't use that card or bank to withdraw money.
I know I can transfer to main paypal but for the beginning will work after they can block me
I am using vps ...
What different methods can I use to withdraw money?
Can I add a new card , or this will defeats the whole purpose of stealth?

No tax paper , the account has only 4 small transactions...

1) Buy bitcoins
2) Buy liquid items from eBay ( items that can be sold quickly with no substantial loss when reselling.) Items like GOLD for example.
3) Transfer to friends/Family
