Does Paypal Mail 1099-K Forms?

Not much info on this here. I always thought they emailed you. Nor have I ever received one in the mail even when I had a non stealth. Today I received one in the mail to my stealth with EIN. So I can understand that one but now Im wondering if they also mail to stealth without EIN?? This is the first year Ive seen this.

Never received one in the mail either. I always just get an email that its available to download. In 13 years I've never had one mailed to me. Mine is premier personal though, not business.

What crazy is the stealth obviously has no EIN/SSN so the form has a blank there.
