Default Question - Permanently limited, days counting ?

Hello,
I have question: My account was limited (permanently) on 2018-08-27 . Last payment received on 2018-08-31 .
After some time on 2018-10-10 I have received email that my funds are put on pending balance, during limitation and will be released before or after 180 days.
So I am confused, when the 180 days countdown was started? After day when account was limited, last payment received or pending letter received?

180 normally starts from date of last sale but don't hold your breath that you will get the funds withdrawal email once the time has passed. I've got 3 that are well passed 180 days and it seems like PayPal are hell bent on keeping funds at present and sending you round in circles to get your money.

His account has a reserve, there re 2 kinds of reserve, one is the rolling reserve which will never be released as long as he keeps selling and his account status stayed the same.

what does this mean? 180 days already passed, they didn't sent any withdrawal letter. After contacting them they asked ID and after sending refused it.

Ignore that guy; he's literally an idiot, but you already have your answer now. PayPal won't release your funds unless they are satisfied that the ID you are sending them is genuine, unfortunately.

They generally didn't ask for ID in the past before releasing limited funds; these days it happens a lot more often, so a limitation can be even more unpleasant that it used to be.

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

As I understand, you are unsure when you will get to withdraw your funds.

I have reviewed your account and can see that you on January 8th 2019 were permanently limited. You will not be able to use your PayPal account again. Once permanently limited, you will be able to access your funds 180 days from the last received payment.

As you received your last payment on December 10th 2018 (transaction ID: xxxxxxxxx), I have escalated a request to have your funds released. You will receive an update via email within 24 to 72 hours."
this is answer. what you think, thei won't release my money?

Since that was three days ago what's the update for you? It's already passed 72 hours I believe.

Hopefully PP respected the response time given without causing more delay in response time....
