Adding credit card to Bulgarian PayPal addy

Hi there,

My Bulgarian PayPal ID is limited due to 1800 EUR limit and I've completed nearly ALL steps until now. I don't have a credit card in Bulgaria but I have Turkish one but although I add it to the PayPal and confirm with the 4 digits on the statement, it's still asking me to add my credit card.

Anyone can please forward me to the solution? Does VCCs being sold here fix this issue? Please check the problem below, although Turkish VCC is attached and confirmed, it's still asking to verify my CC.

Last time I added my real credit card to PAYPAL, and PAYPAL asked me to add bank account.

Bulgarian paypal doesn't ask to add bank account.

Does VCCs being sold here fix this issue?

Yes try to add another VCC from one of the sellers here.
