Wirex card for paypal withdraw

I am curious if anyone have used the Wirex plastic card for Paypal withdrawal to any of the coutries that allow withdrawal to a card.

Does it work with mismached names or address?

The only way you will know for sure is to try it yourself.

The Wirex Visa Card's website states that local top up's are supported in France, but PayPal still may have blacklisted it. You need to try it in order to know for sure.

The card must be fully verified!! (mine wasnt..) have tried it.. went through from papypal but the money got blocket at wirex side asking for verification.. lucky me after some time wirex had problems with theirs PREVIOUS card provider and shut down all the cards. the money went to my bitcoin wallet at wirex..
