Receiving paypal from website, but no information given...

Hi Guys

I just created a website using the hosting companies website builder. It looks great and im so happy with it. But when I drag and drop the paypal payment button on to products, it doesn't give me the information i need from sales.

Basically, the buyer clicks the "BUY IT NOW" button, paypal website opens and displays the cost and what for, the buyer pays for it, I get the email from paypal saying I have funds. But, how do obtain all other info? such as email address and phone number?

It seems paypal have erased the ability to see buyers email address now?

Is there any way around this?

Only way around I can think of is to manually add "email" and "phone number" fields to the checkout form on your website. It would probably be a hassle since you used a site builder and didn't code anything yourself, but idk what else you could do.

Paypal has been removing emails and phone numbers from their various "transaction details" pages for the past couple of months. Doesn't make sense to me since they're supposed to be breaking up with eBay and this is likely something eBay pushed for, but that's the way it is now.
