Straight EIN or LLC for stealth question

Ok so I have 3 stealth accounts limited for tax i.d( yes,I'm an idiot) . As it turns out they wont renew as they did in previous yrs. So which way is better( less hassle)? Get a free EIN and do what? Or do the LLC and upgrade. I know I asked about the LLC in a previous post and I do thank the person who gave me the awesome info. I just dont know how getting the free EIN and attaching it works. Its stealth sooo..
I will delete contents of posts in 24 hrs so the info ain't just swinging in the breeze

Anybody? I've been hearing "add an EIN " and "upgrade to biz". Just wanna know what the difference is

You need an LLC if the account is not in your name. If you get a sole proprietor EIN PayPal will verify it by the account name. If you get an LLC EIN PayPal verifies it by the business name.

So on an account that got the tax limit last yr I upgrade to biz and do LLC.

So lets say you have a good ole gaypal account running normal stealth then all of a sudden u do a sale gaypal doesnt like (even tho uv been a member for 4 years) anywho as of right now before the account got limited it had CLAIM IT.

now then my question is this....

does EIN work for claim it removal?

adding EIN is it only when you upgrade to business?

Going by from what I hear around here..claim it is claim it. It's the new gaypal way of protecting against fraud or laundering or whatever it is they're trying to do. Dont take my answer for it though. I'm just going by "through the grapevine " type chit. I'm sure ya will get a better answer from exp person
