Can i use Simon Card associated with suspended ebay account to buy new Tracfone?

I recently started a new account in eBay, and got suspended after 2 weeks with obscure security reason.

I now plan to buy a new tracfone (new Phone number) with the simon card of that suspended account, will this affect me creating new stealth eBay account ?

Just don't use the Simon card with any of the new accounts directly.

How would ebay ever know the CC info used to buy your phone?

Back when we were using the Simon cards to register ebay accounts, I'd always use it a month or two later to buy gas and then either pay my ebay fees using Paypal or a USPS Money Order
