Default buyer opened SNAD dispute

Hi, I sold something on ebay and the buyer opened SNAD dispute in paypal. He needs me to communicate with him through paypal. It's a stealth account, how can I get him to return the item to my real address? Thanks

you will have his email, the paypal one that he paid you with, let him know the return address that way (if its a new item say its the manufacturers agent or something, if its a used thing you could say it needs to go back to its owner, you are just a trading assistant)

Somewhere you should have his real email address...when he paid for the item.

You could send an email directly...not through the Paypal dispute panel instructing him that you will refund (or whatever you plan on doing) as soon as you receive the item returned. I would tell him not to send to the Paypal registered address because you are spending the summer at the lake or haven't headed back to college (or similar excuse) and that is why the address is different.
After you do that I would send something through the Paypal dispute process just saying to return the item...by then he knows it's not going to the bogus address that Paypal has, but to the real address where you are.

Yes, I already sent him an email saying to return to the address I provided but he wants me to put the message on PayPal Dispute Resolution Center, because he wants it to be documented on PayPal.

You should have only said to return to the address I WILL provide. Until you know what way the buyer will play, don't give them any ammo.
I gather the address is linked to a suspended account? Your worry is that if it goes onto the paypal system you will be sprung?

Unless you've ruined the pudding already:

Post a message in the Paypal regurgitation center that you are issuing RMA #xxxxxx and that a prepaid shipping label has been sent via email. Buyer is to use the prepaid label which is insured and provides delivery confirmation. Make a label, scan as JPG or PDF and send direct to their email 6 hours later. You decide whether you provide PP a copy of the label or not. But the RMA gimmick is nice. Lots of places have one location they ship from and another location that processes returns.
