Account on review, seemingly indefinitely... help!
So I got a note saying that my account was on review, and that they would not be giving me any money while this was the case.
...but I could go ahead and keep on selling as long as I shipped everything...
They told me that they wanted to see me get more positive feedback.
Finally, they told me they would get back to me...whenever...and if I kept writing in to ask, they may not answer.
So I wrote all my buyers, got another 15 positive 5 star feedback...
And sure enough...not answering.
What is going on here? Will they eventually get back to me? How long does this review process go on? And is there anything I can do to expedite it? (I answered their appeal questions...even wrote to jeff@amazon.com.)
Please advise!
