For people who have created new ebay accounts and verified with a credit card AFTER July 1st, 2009, which credit cards will ebay actually accept?

I am also being asked to verify with a credit card. I have a buy only account on ebay. I am very unsure about what to do. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Verify or list a fee payment source?
If you are trying to list and they want you to select a way to pay your fees, a Paypal account will fill that need.

I do not sell. I only buy. I have a Paypal account but sure don't want to link it to the new account. I would get suspension again. What info do they ask for when you register with Paypal?
