So amazon restricted my amazon pay when I had 3 chargebacks 1.45% which is pretty harsh. I need to refund some customers from my site (amazon pay was not used on amazon but own site) and it would'nt let me refund. So in this situation should I just send customer a check or money order because they will just do another chargeback which furthers the problem.
If yes wonder if customer will be quite mad about it. How would you guys handle this situation?

No way.. let Amazon pay handle that. If you get a chargeback whatever.. but don't send them a check or separate payment as a refund. That gives them the chance of chargeback as well to double dip on refund.
Speaking of Amazon pay.. tried it.. only .01 percent of people used it. It was a waste of time to setup/integrate it. How is your success with it?
Amazon pay is good. But if you let amazon do the chargeback and I'm in process of reinstatement that is if they accept my appeal wouldnt that further get me suspended again after being reinstated as the chargeback will increase the poor performance of 1% they allow.
It sucks they freeze this option. I think they do it so that if more occurs they want to hoot you and always wanted to boot you lol
