Default Paypal shipping labels

Hi all, this seems its a simple solution but my mind is tired trying to figure it out. I am using the Avery 8126 labels, 2 half sheet labels per page and I know how to disable the receipt end of the printing. But I need to get the web address at the top to stop printing along with the date at the bottom of the page.

For some odd reason, I remember my old account didn't print those 2 things, but my new account keeps doing it. So in all, I have to spend more time trimming those parts off which I really don't want to. I am not lazy, its just when you have 30-50 to ship, it can take up some time.

thx

I print on regular paper then trim and tape on with clear box-sealing tape.
I've received packages where people did the same thing, but had a clear stickon envelope (like the kind that say "packing slip enclosed") but big enaough to put the mailing label in. So they just print on regular paper, trim, put in the clear plastic envelope, peel off the back and stick on the box to ship.

In paypal when you get to the pay and continue screen, it says edit. Click that and disable receipt portion. Waist of paper and ink.

Taping it on a box is good if you have little orders. But I did the calculations and yes you may have to spend $200 upfront to get labels but if you break it down, it only comes out to around 11 cents a label. Faster than taping as you grab and stick. Tape and paper cost money too and for the amount of time you save, its a no brainer to use labels and not paper.

But any long time users know how to not print the webaddress and date on the top and bottom.

I tried that pdf thing with primo and it comes out blury for some reason. The post office took it but it didn't scan. So they had to enter the numbers manually. Did you have to do some adjusting to the settings and so.

That's a setting in your browser, I believe. I don't remember exactly how to do it, but try googling it and see how to do it.

thats unfortunate. i'm on a mac, that might have something to do with it. it's made my shipping so much simpler. especially when i have lots of packages going out on the same day. but the print to pdf function has saved my life in the shipping department.

Try this:

In the web browser click FILE, then PAGE SETUP
If you are using Firefox click Margins & Headers/Footers. In the margins square change the numbers in the TOP to 0 and BOTTOM to 0!

If you are using Internet Explorer lower right corner Change top and bottom to 0!
