Well, congrats! Now you know you're product is worth way more. At least on a certain platform.
How much competition you have on ebay? If none/not much, I'd raise my prices and definitetly reach out to the dropshipper for off-ebay sales. (Better for both of you)

When approaching them though the only option is to threaten blocking them cause there are a minute few others also selling on ebay. Stand to lose because nothing is stopping them from dropshipping from competitors at lower prices than what I'd offer. The only edge I've got then is they dont know wtf it is they're really selling or how to deal with it and will eventually get taken down. I do so might as well cut to the chase and block these f***ers. Plus they chose to dropship me on Ebay cause my products do the best. I think I win.
View your competitor's sales history and see if you can tell if they are already buying from them. Probably not.
I'm not sure what's wrong with "reach out to them and circumvent eBay fees". It's win/win...
They could be like that and want to work out a side deal. Dont get me wrong.
But if someone came to me and said 'hey, you're selling a lot of our products, that's cool. We're gonna up our prices cause you're doing so much business for us.'
I'd say 'F*** you then, I'm dropshipping from your competitors. See ya pal.'
Ain't wrong man. Side stepping fees works. Survival of the f***ing fittest. You fall thru the cracks then god help ya cause it ain't gonna be f***ing Bernie.
Ya dude. If u got lots of comp then ya, let em sell ur stuff with deal outside ebay, u got more exposure that way and save on fees. 100% agree.
If u got less comp someplace else u dont sell, better to knock em out and block them so u can sell ur stuff instead of them. This way ur making more $$$ off ur stuff. Screw em, they're in it for themselves either way.

call up their customer if you can look them up. Say its about your order of (bum cream) and
ask which free gift they would like blah blah and see what venue they mention.

Or you could just undercut their price to soak up all the sales they were getting on the new platform. Its still more than you were selling on Ebay, but there is only so low they can sell for before its a breakeven product. That is your floor.
