MC011, tracking information needed

Received MC011 on the account which I was running for 5 years, 900 positive feedbacks, 2 negative. Top rated seller.

I left for 3 weeks holiday and it caused a lot of delay, ebay then sent me this dreaded MC011 asking for the delivery proof. Right now there're only 1 more shipment is still on the way, all the rest are delivered.

Anyone else had the same issue here and eventually it's easy to pass this kind of situation or not?

I had the same issue with providing tracking info, meanwhile my products are digital and i can't provide any shipment info. At their first email they accepted that it's not required to send them delivery information because it's digital item ( accounts ). I sent the item infomation to the buyers via ebay message and marking it as shipped. As overall in their second or third e-mail address they required exact the same - tracking info + proof of identity and address. I did it but i couldn't provide tracking information. And after two-three days i've got eBay message that they suspended my account, blablabla they have evidence etc.

I couldn't get it. On their messages to me, the authors were different, not only one supporter who is contacting me, for me personally this isn't unthinkable.

Anyways now i am not able to sell on eBay.

They just need more information before they close the account so in time no mather what they ask just ignore it and open 10 more accounts.

The SOP with MC011 is almost always the same.

eBay will ask for ID and whatever else before slapping on a perm selling restriction. They usually have no intention of reinstating the account.

You are advised to make more accounts NOW.

So I finally made some docs to ebay and explained that I don't have a company. It took them total 6 days to reply me. Including the very first message they asked for tracking code, the second one for ID and invoice, this is their third one to ask for bank statement.

What else they would ask? And does ebay allow US seller to sell in UK??
