Selling Software on Stealth acct using CCNow- a big no no?

So guys,

My supplier just sent me a few pcs of software- would it be bad to get rid of them by using a stealth account and ccnow as the payment processor? I'm really looking for a clear answer if anyone has any experience that'd be great- feel free to pm me if posting out here would not be good

Aren't there some merchant accounts that won't accept payment for dropshipped items?

Thinking they are expecting them to be bootlegs and want to avoid the inevitable chargebacks
