Default Review process still ongoing. Should I...?

We're about 4 days shy of a month where Amazon put my account on review, said they would no longer be transferring funds, ... but I could go ahead and keep on selling...

Yeah...sure thing...

I put my account on vacation. They have several thousand that they are holding back, but that isn't the point.

I want my account to be opened back up and off review.

I have 100% feedback.
No problems with orders.

But they told me that my account was on review, and that they probably would go silent through the process. Which they have.

I wrote to jeff@amazon.com twice now. Asked them to remove the review already, that everything had been shipped. No answer.


Amazon's own dispute process says you can begin an arbitration proceeding by sending them a letter outlining why you are wanting arbitration to begin the process. And I have heard that people do this to get Amazon off their duff and stop treating them like pieces of crap.

Anyone think this is a good idea, or should I just wait this out?

Just wait until over 30 days have passed, and then open a support case.

Well, I just got notice that my account is off review.

Company is not giving you your money...can't imagine why it would be a problem to put myself on vacation to wait it out. Or why they would be upset with that.

My items were shipped. Tracking was entered.

To fail me because I made the decision to not sell while this went on...doesn't exactly make sense to me. Not that Amazon needs to make sense.

That being said, onward.

Not sure you read the post properly.

I am "off" review...as in, I passed the review.

The one thing that is constant in this place...the guys that think they know everything and say things with adamant force; they don't really know.

They can be helpful. Some times. Other times, completely off.

Take anything you hear in here with a grain of salt.

Been in here long enough to have heard a ton of smoke being sold.

You are on a forum with tens of thousands of banned people....of course take everything you read with a grain of salt. 100% of us including you have messed up and got the boot at some point .A HUGE portion of the people here are shady as **** or just straight up scammers.

LOL that is the funniest thing I have read here on aspkin. I certainly hope you take NOTHING for pure accuracy. Most members are pretty dumb to say the least.

I apologize. I did miss read your statement. I though you were off review, and failed it because almost everyone who stops selling fails. Your results are not the standard.
