Hey,I just registered a new paypal account using your paypal vcc .
Everything is ok ,but I have a question:
it seems that paypal no longer asks expuse number for verifying the account,but asking a bank account to verify , so should I add my bank to paypal? (I am using F**a**ke name on paypal)

And yeah, add your bank account. The cant see the name on the account!

As above. You can only link and confirm a credit / debit card after a bank account has been added.

Thats not true, most of my paypals dont have bank accounts on them but i do confirm cards to increase their sending limit..

I too have a PP account and it has a card attached that lifted the limits. I have no checking account attached.

So how are you getting your money out of paypal with a bank acct?

How do you do it then? Every time I try to link the VCC to confirm the address it jumps to the "add bank account" set up (if I haven't verified with the bank account). I can only do the VCC expuse number after I've added a bank account and verified the account. Is there another way that I'm missing or is the UK Paypal set up different to US?

i send it to a paypal with a bank account attached.. i dont do this very often though as i urge most buyers to use google checkout

i've never experienced that problem before, but to send money you need add and confirm a card, which is what i do

Too add cc w/o doing bank first click the View Limts tab then click increase sending limt then put in your cc to get exp use #

Same here. There would appear to major differences between Paypal US and Paypal UK in terms of set up. The big emphasis seems to be the bank account in the UK (not surprising really given the amount of ID required to open one). Whilst in the US, the SSN is the "big one" with regards to verification purposes.
