Can i use a Google Chromebook for stealth or stick to Windows?

Just isolate each stealth account into individual chromebook user accounts (im certain they have user accounts like Windows). That would suffice.

So long as the data (and browser cookies etc.) are isolated between accounts, which would be the case with individual user accounts, you have nothing to worry about.
