Every payment is now pending
Ive had this PP account receiving payments for a particular product for around 7 months now (first payment was 9 months) . I surpassed the 3 months, and got instant payments for a while, until i got every single payment is now held, which has been going on for 2 months consecutively because of a higher risk of customer dissatisfaction.
I went on to live chat, and he said the only thing was a manual review which would take 24 hours. Now i wouldnt want a manual review so i played it like i was angry and would phone them right away.
When would the holds disappear, if ever? I have waaay surpassed the 90 days, and every payment is on hold.
