pp allowing withdrawal to mastercard now ?

Hi guys I have a Luxembourg pp that i havent used for like 1,5 years today logged in to check it out, have 3 visa cards linked to it one of witch I withdrawed money to long time ago, anyway have like 35€ that i wanted to withdraw, pp says link a sepa bank account or a an ELiGiBLE card (witch I already have), click on add card, then on the link card page I can choose between all the 4 main card issuer (visa, mc, amx, discover).
so my question is is it possible to withdraw to mastercard from pp luxembourg now ?

sorry but why not proceed with mastercard withdraw and see if that gives any error or succeed ?

Yes to master card, I know that withdrawal is only availble for visa.. thats why im wondering.. (know that some time ago withdrawal to master card was availble for Italy, but no more card withdrawal in Italy anymore)

VISA bought VISA Europe,and PAYPAl is working via its VISA Europe network to transfer fund.
if your bank is a member of Visa Europe,its Visa card should work.

Paypal Europe has a customer service in Germany,why not call and find out?
I would say it is ok to withdraw to MC card,

yes its showing that in pp website (not specifying visa or mastercard) while for some other countries they specify VISA.
gonna buy one prepaid and give it a shot..

second question now anyone knows of a virtual Luxembourg Number reseller/Provider or app that accepts receiving sms ?

Yes, some do work, and don't try prepaid unless it's reloadable.
In Italy, you can withdraw to a Mastercard

Yes Thx mate! tried it before with italy but didnt work for me.. i think it must be issued in there..

Not an issue at all, prepaid cards just don't work. I tried a Monese Card and it worked perfectly, was instant.

The reason why PAYPAL is paying VISA for using the VISA Europe network is for those Eastern European banks,for Western Europe and Uk,MC is fine.,so should VISA.
Not sure why Italy is a problem/

YES, Mastercard does work for Latvia bank. The only problem it's Not an Instant withdrawal, takes 1 working day - always

I know in USA,we cannot withdraw to a credit card,only bank account or bank issued debit card,but I have heard it is different in Europe,you can withdraw to a credit card.
try it and come back and tell us.
