Requested Photo ID and Proof of address

I provided a ID which it says is an option for both. I get an email saying that i need TWO separate documents to verify the address.

What the hell is this about?

ID for your identity
Address they want different type of document, ex. card statement,bank statement, gas bill etc.

You need to provide different docs.
Like for ID = driver's license, and Passport = Proof of Address,
though they both can be used for ID/Proof of Address. But usually, Proof of Address = Utility Bills.

Anyways, this kind of limitation is just basic. You can surely restore your account in no time
