PayPal Stealth account?

I have a question about setting up a PayPal stealth account.
When linking a VCC (purchased from a seller here and adding a different name, address etc) will I be able to add a bank account without adding my own personal info to PayPal? Thank you in advance.

I am pretty sure you can add a bank account without adding your personal info. Though the only thing you need to check is if your bank allows mismatching names

When you add your bank account, you're just adding the sort code and account nunber.

When adding a VCC or bank - you just enter the digits on the card or the bank account number.

You don't need to put in name etc., if you did, you'd use the name on the stealth PayPal account.
