Do you know any VCC/BANK service that accepts PayPal withdrawals? If so, please let me know as Entropay is closing down I need to find an alternative.

EU PAYPAL , you must add bank account to withdraw.

But I heard in US, amount can be withdrew into your credit card. not sure yet

You can also withdraw to a Visa card in quite a few EU countries. They actually had this capability years before US accounts did.

Not sure if this list is up to date. Personally tested only Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

if you have a PAYPAL MC debit card in USA,may be Canada as well,you can withdraw it by going to an ATM.
somesaid it works where MC is accpeted
or if you have another PAypal MC card which you pay a fee each monthly,you can move your balance over there and then withdraw it,but this is for USA only.

Canada doesn't have the card withdrawal aspect yet

For Eastern European countries,you can use a VISA if you bank is part of Visa Europe,you can go to VISA Europe and find the member banks or ask your bank if it is a member.
