what is the best free checking account in a bank since wamu is now chase

wamu has become chase now and chase really sucks they said to me that the only way i can have a checking account is if i have a enrollment by a job...
i know bank of america you have to have a minimum 25 dollars which doesent sound so bad...does anyone have alternatives???

Checking account isn't necessary. Opening just a saving account is another option to go with banks.

I have both wamu checking and savings ,different account number, so I can open twon different stealth paypal, am i right?

US Bank, Compass Bank, Bank of America all free checking accounts I have all of those.

If they've never been used on any of your prior suspended ebay ids, limited paypal accounts, then the answer is Yes.
