Paypal account limited

This is my issue. My account has been limited and my friend sent me 450 usd. I do not want to give my personal info over to paypal. After the 180days is up will I be able to send the money. If I cant send the money I would not like to withdraw it as it requires more personal info because of the country I am in. If I just leave the 450usd in my account and stop using paypal and leave it there what will paypal do. Thank you

After the 180 days is up, you will not be able to send money from the paypal - you can only withdraw to a bank account. Even then, you might be asked to provide personal info with the way pp seems to be changing nowadays.

Maybe just refund the payment to your friend and have him pay you using a different method...?

Permanent or temporary? Depending of your PayPal have option to add new financial. So you can add debit card and withdrawal
