Free or very cheap VCCs?

Is there anywhere that you can create lots of VCCs for as little cost as possible?
They don't have to work with PayPal.
EcoPayz is £1.50 but I'm sure there's cheaper.

Ecopayz is one-time use only though, then they will generate a new cards number. That's useless for any service that wants to do a verification charge.

Yeah it is pretty cheap, did Entropay used to be free to generate new cards?

What is it your trying to do that requires so many cards? There are other options, but really depends on what the goal is

Need new card detail just to be able to sign up to free trials, the card doesn't have to have any money on it. Could you describe the other options I can't really find any?
