Amazon suspension after IP complaint
Hey guys,
On march 15th I received a message from notice-dispute, saying that they received a report from rights of owner that 3 ASIN's I sell are inauthentic.
I didn't reply and on March 22nd my account got deactivated.
I right away sent them an invoice that showing the goods was original and a letter from my lawyer that explaining why it wasn't an IP violation,
in addition I spoke to the brand owner and on March 28th he sent to notice dispute a retraction of the report.
Since my account was suspended I didn't hear anything from notice-dispute and it's been a week already,
anyone here knows what's the procedures now? and if there's anything I can do to expedite the process?
