New Paypal Rules ;

Guys,

i noticed that i used to be able to pay with paypal for instant transactions like usps in ebay.

now paypal requires extra authetication that fails if you do a google voice
and then it fails again

secondly,

paypal prevents you fgrom adding cash from your bank until you are verified.

, i never had this issues before. but this account that was created has a very generic name.
Is anyone else experience this type of issue ?
