Can't create Paypal Cash Accout

None of my account's let me create a Paypal cash account.

They just stay in the loading stage. A circle spinning around.

I use firefox with proxy. Google voice on accounts.

Figured it out. I downloaded Google Chrome PORTABLE and logged in through that web browser.

Worked like a charm. Good luck with it.

I've started to realize MASSIVE GLITCHES with firefox and paypal. I feel paypal is like....blocking stuff from firefox...seriously...anybody else feel this way?

How would you get multiple cash accounts for paypals with one ssn? Isn't paypal's policy one account only.
