LLC Wait Time

After I have signed up for my LLC form the State and received my EIN from IRS. Should I wait for the IRS to update their database, or can I sign up for an Amazon Stealth account the same day?

Amazon will answer your question cuz they will check the IRS database once you add it so if you get error just wait for 1 or 2 days and try again. Good luck

I'm not sure as I haven't added an LLC to my own amazon shop in a while

Last time I did, I think I waited 30 days before doing so to be safe

So i should start with an Individual AMZ account, wait 30 days, then upgrade to a Pro account?

Not necessarily.

In your place I would probably register right away. If it's a newly issued LLC's EIN - amazon should ask "did you receive the number in the past 60 days" - you then hit "yes" and they'll verify it on their own schedule later.
