I haven't seen anybody posting about any of them for withdrawals in years. It used to be common but people would say names need to match or you start having problems after a few withdrawals. In 2019 though I'm pretty sure all of them have been blacklisted by PP. Including Walmart's retail bank Woodforest.
Run a google search like "greendot askpin.com" and you'll find some relevant posts.

I am trying to figure out which type of eBay Stealth I should get...my main problem is bank account.

@OP I have no idea about what you should do in EU. Under no circumstances should you use a USA account though, in my opinion. Too many headaches like SSN, bank account, tax reporting, etc. It would be way easier for you to use some kind of European account, then sell on .com if that's what you're wanting to do.

Personally I like seeing results from BHW and Bitcoin Talk also because I get a more rounded less biased answer.. if you know what I mean. And I usually just open the more askpin results link in a new tab. I'll admit my method is kinda advanced lol.

Agreed, prefer to see BHW and especially Bitcointalk....that forum is full of idiotic noobs, but some of them actually know what they're talking about

I heard that you cannot add a bank account to UK paypal unless you call them or something...is it true?
