My account just got permanently limited after trying to appeal

So, I got limited on November 20, 2018 with the 180 day hold thing. I tried to appeal today and seems like they just clsoed my account instead. Will my money be avaliable to me May 20th (6 months from Nov, 20) or do I have to way another ****ing 6 months from now since I just triggered paypal again?

I used live chat to see and get it resolved but this amanda bitch disconnected and banned me

Add a debit card from like bank of america or capitalone. Then they will let you take the money out immediately.

I've seen this before, where they won't let you add a bank account (confirm telephone loop)

I have a bank and debit card attached. I can’t withdraw until 180 days are up
