You will need to add a bank account and withdraw. (if they let you withdraw) paypal does not always allow you to withdraw after 180 days, especially if the reason for the limitation is any documents failing.

I don't think there are any UK virtual bank accounts unfortunately.
You may have to pay a friend or somebody you know in the UK to let you use their account to withdraw.
What was the original reason for limitation, did they accept your documents ? seeing so many of these posts now it's worrying and I haven't been here long.

You have to add real U.K. bank accounts
You also need to change your flag to your actual location please. Depending on where you are from, it maybe possible for you to easy open a U.K. bank account
