eBay Stealth Account Info

Hi i am new here and proud to be part of this community.
I have an active business account in good standing, the same for paypal.

However i have so much inventory of a product which i need to sell on ebay but i cannot sell it because i have a non-compete.

My question to this forum is:

Are the stealth ebay and paypal account on a different name/business name and address?

My name and address cannot come up and the eBay Stealth account and paypal account needs to come from a different state then north carolina.

I wonder if i buy an ebay and paypal stealth account, if that will come with a different name and address on the account for ebay and paypal?
