So my tablet I was using with my stealth got damaged and no longer works.

Am I OK using a different tablet/ smartphone which was previously used with a banned account? I never used the eBay app and the device has been reset.

Will it be OK ?

So long as you stick to the browser and all cookies are removed then it’s fine

eBay app can recognize your Android UID, and IMEI, good thing you haven't used that.
