PayPal tracking?!

Hello. I'm using my account on rdp and I can't receive payment on it.
It posible that they tracked my computer or something else? From same account people can sent money where he want except me.

What is wrong in my side? Any advice? Problem go one month ago and still waiting nothing change I can't receive any payments
Call to support they let me know that account is good standing. Please share your expierence how to fix it

Where is your paypal account based,which country?
