New E/*T**S*Y store can't be found

I recently opened 2 US stores. All information are fresh. About half an hour after I applied for the store, my store and products can not be searched. I know it's failed, but I want to know what factors go wrong ?

Thank you for your reply. In fact, my products and stores can be found within half an hour, but after a while, can't find them. 2 days later, the store was closed by ET.
I feel that some info are recognized by the robot.

when your items are not searchable, ur pretty much f**ked...
It means that etsy bot suspected something and put your shop on hold for further manual review.
after manual review, you usually get suspended

Pretty much anything that can link your stealth account to your old account.
This can be anything.
