How and why PayPal treats accounts differently.

I have two PayPal accounts in use currently. Both about the same age and volume sold. Same items sold, etc...

On one account, each sale, the money is instantly available.

On the other account, each sale, the money is held for some time, usually till around delivery.

The funny thing is, on the first account, each time I transfer money to bank it gets held for review(1 day usually). On the other account, it goes through with no issues.

Who can know the reasons behind what PayPal does... I'm fine with both accounts, just something I thought was worth reporting.

I think as the age of the accounts grows further, they both will have instant availability and transfers.

Right I get all my money instantly no holds and this happened from the first sale is that weird no 21 day hold?

It's kinda random. Some times I still get those funds held for a day for review upon withdrawing and it drops off afte1-7 days. Sometimes they keep doing it for a few weeks then no more holds.

So ship fast

Same with me. Got some holds with withdrawals (1day). But this is an account with few transactions only.

Yea, even 10 year old accounts (mine) have gotten this surprisingly... some lasts 1 day some a few weeks.

Paypal now has a new feature called Fund now,MEANING no hold,even if you have a dispute filed against you/
but it is not something yo can apply,if you qualify,it wll be offered to you

Ya I have funds now on my powersellers Paypal it’s awesome
