amazon buy box dirty tricks

hey there guys, are there any dirty tricks or a tool to always have the buy box? i see a seller with multiple accounts and a horrible feedback score always getting the buy box no matter what, even "just launched" store have the buy box. and i have 100% feedback and im buy box eligible,but still they get the buy box,even when im cheaper.

any thoughts?

I have found the main thing with buybox is price... Thats it. Otherwise it will rotate...
