What exactly do you mean? Every bank supports ACH transactions.
If you're looking for a convenient way to ACH money, Wells Fargo has a service offered to business accounts called "Direct Pay". It's $10/mo + $.10 per outgoing ACH.
If you're looking for an external service to ACH money between your accounts at different banks, I don't know of any. :(

Yeah I meant an external service to handle transfers between my accounts at different banks (my supplier can only handle one linked account, so at some point everything has to get back to that account)
After a quick Googling it looks like such a service does exist. Plaid, bill.com, and tipalti all look like they offer services that would enable you to ACH money from/to any of your bank accounts.
I rarely have to do anything like that but when I do I usually do it via Wire Transfer which is pricey. If I could transfer between all my accounts for ACH rates that would be great.
If you actually try any of these services I would sincerely appreciate if you reported back with your results.
He's looking for a universal solution to ACH between all his accounts, big or small, bank or CU. And he wants it done externally where he sets the sending and receiving account from an outside source.
Some of my CU accounts are 20yrs behind my WF accounts so I can see where he's coming from. Their online banking sites barely show balances.. definitely no ACH options.
I don't think you are going to find a peer-to-peer ACH service such as you are describing. The problems as that it can easily be used for fraudulent transfers, and the FED has specific rules and restrictions how ACH transfers can be initiated and received between accounts.
