..how do i make sure to stay under the radar...should i sell a few things from the house first rather than selling what they froze me for...
because there is no way i will be able to photoshop the info, no patients anymore and plus its out of state...and should i lift the limits with bank and ss# or bank and cc# ???
should i do ss# to make them feel like i am ok with them raping me for my identity...?

Selling technique is one of the important factors. Sometimes when an account is created perfectly, people use it in some wrong ways then cause different issues.

i was told in order to use the ss# the paypal account has to be registered in the same zipcode.... but i am not from around there

The zip code of the Paypal account has to match that of the SSN. Even if the SSN holder is out of town (and he loaned it to you perhaps?) and the zip does not match, you're screwed.

You won't need one unless you get limited. If you
-Sell too much too fast
-Make too much $$$ too fast

You'll get hit with SSN quickly. Start slow... a few items each week (not 100 per day) and spread the inventory over many accounts.

This is very confusing.Methinks you are talking silly talk. If it LEGALLY your SSN, why is paypal going to worry if you use it in another state ? Do millions of people need to stay in the same area to use their SSN and paypal. PLease.

You make the account, you verify it, you use it in a slow steady way. You try not to have problems. That's how you start off
