Default How often to Appeal?

Hi guys,

I was suspended for Ip complaints. The funny thing is I was able to contact the brand and get them to agree to remove before I was suspended. The brand contacted Amazon, which Amazon forwarded the email to me, confirming that the brand would like to remove the complaint. This was the email address: notice-dispute@amazon.com. So I went ahead and appealed with screenshots of the email, and the confirmation page said that I will receive a response within 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours now, should I resend the information? Also, any recommendations on which email to send the appeal to?

36-48hrs is what I've usually waited for to hear back from good appeals that resulted in reinstatement.

Bad appeals get prewritten automated response in >24hrs.

Do not re post the appeal.

You should allow time for them to respond if you re post it may put you to the back of the queue again

Thank you everyone. I was pretty certain that it would be best for me to wait but wasn't sure because it said that I would receive a reply within 24 hours. I will be patient and wait.

Just wait at least 5-business days before you make re-appeal. Just Netflix and Chill for now

I would wait like 8-10 days if you do not hear nothing then contact the support they pass eventually your concern to the performance team and they answer you
( hopefully)

Would you say that it is a bad idea to email the seller performance team with my appeal letter?

From what I gathered in the past, if no decisions were made in about 4 days, it’s not a good sign.

I’d call them up in 2 more days if I were you.

Any other experts feel free to give us your input about my method.

for my experience if was me I will not post twice maybe looks

Do not continuously resend your appeal, this looks desperate and unprofessional. Be patient.

Generally you should receive a response within 10 days. Personally, I recommend to wait till atleast day 14 before sending it again.
