Passed AMZN.com Failed AMZN.MX
My seller account is a brand new seller account. I sold one product that was worth $2,500 and my account went into review. I shipped the product and received a good review.
One month later I received an email that my account review was over and that the hold has been taken off my account. I also received a letter in Spanish which I do not read or understand, that my account did not pass the review and has been suspended.
My account functions as a suspended account but there are no indications of it being suspended. I can post products and sell them but I cannot take out the funds. Is there a way I can remove Mexico selling off my account so hopefully I can get my account back to normal?
